Jewelled Kale Salad

Quite frankly I don’t know what I would do without the wonderful Vegetable Kale.

We have Kale daily in smoothies, stir fried in olive oil and spices in soups as chips, it just goes on and on!

Its full of fiber, iron Vitamin A and K so great for skin bones and well lets face it good for everything, the only thing its not full of is calories fats and sugar and ANYONE even someone with a “brown thumb” can grow Kale and if your not that way inclined its available everywhere these days.

Still not convinced try this salad and you will be!!!!!

  • 2 cups finely shredded Kale
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 2 Tbsp. Luscious Tahini Dressing
  • ½ cup pomegranate “jewels/seeds”
  • 1 small finely sliced apple
  • ¼ cup walnuts
